PostSubject: A few finds this week   Fri Mar 18, 2016 10:09 am

I could not resist getting out and poking around some of my tin sites with the weather so nice this week. Found was a juvenile mole king, and a juvenile black racer. Not pictured was a rather large Eastern rat snake emerging from a root ball, a copperhead out basking and a dekays.

First mole king snake of the year. Found under tin. Used this nearby piece of carpet for contrast. Nice light chestnut coloring.
Hanover County, Virginia
Photographed and released in same spot as found.
