What size tubs do you wanna run? If you go with the sterlite 41qts, you have the easiest, 7-tub, melamine rack ever made. It requires no cuts and all the boards can be found at Home Depot. These are appx and rounded sizes, but the 41 qt's fit perfect with the pre-cut 36"x18" sheets. Seven tubs and eight of those sheets are exactly four feet so you can make the sides out of any 4' boards (or melamine). After heat tape and thermostat, bam, you are done. I can get you pictures tonight if you like.

This is outdated and the tubs mentioned are near impossible to find, but this was the article I used when I first started building ladder racks:

I was actually thinkin of doing a rack that my bps could grow with.. three tiers; 32 qt w/dividers on lower tier, 32 qt second tier and 41 qt on top tier.. i am about to get a pastel hatchling but i already have a male normal( about 1300g +/-) so i wanna accomadate(sp?) current and future bps.. cant really afford a built rack yet..

If I were you, I'd build an adult rack. If you have 7 snakes, make it at least a 7 tier rack.

I'd rather deal with alternative caging for a year or two than deal with the logistics of having multiple sizes in one rack.

Multi sizes tubs would be the same concept but you would have to use the rack from the side. Those same sheets of melamine will work for 6qt and a few other sizes. Next time I go to my brothers I'll take a picture of his multi-tub that we made.
