PostSubject: Hello from the swamps.   Fri Jul 13, 2012 5:47 pm

Hi guys! My name is Sam. I've been keeping reptiles for a little over 7 years now. My first snake was a ball python named Alecksandr, and I still have him! I've kept a lot in my years experience: bloods, kings, corns, milks, balls, african rocks, burmese, red tails, rainbows, dumerils, pines, retics, Russian ratsnakes.. well, a lot. My main focus for the past few years has been burmese though. I love these lazy monsters, but the ban has pretty much ruined my dream of owning the higher end morphs suck as the caramels, pearls and blue eyed lucys...

Anyway.

My collection currently includes:

1.0 Red Tail Boa (Gravity)

0.1 Apricot Milksnake (Fruit Loop)

1.0 Black ratsnake (Mac)

1.0 Radiated Ratsnake (Nevan)

2.2 African Rock Pythons (Fyodor, Jafar; Ursula, Mufasa)

2.0 Normal Burmese Pythons (Skyler and Oscar)

2.0 Het. Albino Burmese Pythons (Loki and Merle)

0.1 Albino Burmese Python (Bumble Bee)

0.1 Triple het. albino, green, granite Burmese Python (Sigyn)

1.0 Albino Labyrinth Burmese Python (Jareth)

1.0 Green Burmese Python (Spot)

0.1 Albino Reticulated Python (Citrine)

**Soon to come! Maybe!! Hopefully!** 0.1 Sri Lankan Python

12.9 Ball Pythons, some of which are morphs. (Boys: Alecksandr, Rian, Protoman, Megaman, Panther, Gumpert, Izzy, Severus, Cowboy, Copper, Captain, Rocky. Females: Arani, Lassie, Antoinette, Bunny, Diesel, Fuega, Xena, Amarillo, Nagini)

0.1 Sulcata Tortoise (Volkswagen)

1.1 Common Snapping turtles (Lucious and Abbey)

1.0 Red Eared Slider (Stick)

Shocked ... It seems like so much more when I have to type it all out. Well.. So if you want to see any of them just let me know and I'll post it here. Very Happy

What are Ursula and Jafar? The heads look similar to a ball python.

Welcome!! you have quite the collection I must say. Pretty diverse to say the least and everyone looks healthy and properly cared for. I know there are a lot of people here that are very interested in large constrictors and want to get hands on experience etc. and I am sure that some have already spoke up! You will be a great addition to this forum and I look forward to seeing and hearing all the information you have to put out here!!

Very Happy Thanks guys. Maybe one day I'll put up everyone's recent pictures.

They are all my kids, strict feeding, cleaning and exercise days are noted. Everyone is handled at least a few times a week.

I just don't want them to feel bored in a box..
