This is my male Strophurus Ciliaris Ciliaris. I have had him for almost a year and he is by far one of my favorites in my collection. I have recently purchased a female that has new European bloodlines that I will hopefully have in my possession very soon. I plan on trying and expanding these guys in a captive conservation effort since they are becoming more extinct as the years pass in Australia.





The coolest part about them is they become gray/white when fired (which is very rare in my experience) Here is a pic of him like that...

Thanks man!! They aren't seen much in the reptile community in the US unfortunately. Europe has tons of bloodlines of the Strophurus Spp.
